AfterensuringthattheR-199tobesetupispoweredup,andisconnectedtoyourcomputer

ortoyournetwork,openthisprogram.[Ifconnectingdirectlyfromyourcomputer,useacrossover

cable.]

Noticethattwonetburnerdeviceshavebeendetected.

Ifyourshasnotbeensetup,itwillhaveadefaultof192.168.0.2.Thisshouldbeoneofthe

choicesshown.However,iftheIPaddresshasbeenchangedfortestingpurposes,itmaybe

anotheraddresssuchas192.0.0.20..

TochangethistotheIPaddressyoudesire,merelytypeintotheNDKSettingstheaddressIP,

theGatewayandtheDNSontheleftsidetoprogramthisaddress,andthenselectthedefault

addresssuppliedbyyourITadministrator.YouwouldthenclickonSet,andtheprogramwill

modifyyourdevice.

[AnothermeanstomodifytheaddressoftheserverintheunitistoenterthepresentIPaddress

inabrowserwindow.Thengoto“Setup”intheensuingscreen.Iftheunitasksfor

apassword,enterr199set.ThenentertheIPdesired,theGatewayandtheDNStobeused,

clickonSave.TheR199willrebootbyitselfandthe‘new’ipsettingswillbeineffect.]

SelectClose,andyouarefinished.

IfyouforgettheIPaddressusedfortheunit,youmustresettheunittothedefaultaddress,oryou

mayusethe‘IPSetup’programtodiscoverthedevice’spresentIPaddress.

Toresettheaddress,removepower.Usingapaperclip,pressandholdtheresetbuttondown,

throughthesmallholetotherightofrelay4ontherearpanel.Thenre-applypowertotheR199.

Ifthebuttonisdownforatleast2seconds,Relay1comeson.Ifyoureleasethebuttonatthistime

theR199willresetthepasswordstodefault“r199set”,andallsettingsintheunitwillbereset.If

thebuttonishelddownforfrom8-29seconds,Relay2willbeturnon.Releasingthebuttonduring

thistimetheR199willresettheIPtodefault:192.168.0.2,andthepasswordswillberesetas

describedbefore.(Ifyoucontinuetoholdthebuttondownpast30seconds,NOTHINGwillbe

reset.)

Toresetallparameters,entertheSetup/Control,gotothePasswordpage,selectResetall

SetuptoDefault,andfollowtheprompts.


